Sleep Deprivation Essay Conclusion Teenage Pressure Essay

As a student myself, I’ve become very familiar with this problem.

The study explored how the difficulty of major may contribute to sleep deprivation. Students push themselves to get better grades, and with multiple classes, don’t find enough time for sleep.

Heavy workloads can take a toll on students because with their busy schedules, there is not enough time in the day for sleep and they feel as if their grades are more important.

There are no parents to delegate sleeping schedules and students choose when and how long they go to sleep, whether they understand the importance of sleep or not.

Sleep deprivation is caused by society’s pressures to succeed, which leads to many illnesses and decreases in academic success in college students.
